Shipping

At Bloom & Fall, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship worldwide so you can enjoy our products no matter where you are.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £65. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee at checkout based on your location. 

We do not offer Free international shipping for orders of any amount. 

Delivery Times

Once your order has been placed and processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors outside of our control.

Items that are handmade or hand poured may take longer to dispatch. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.


Returns

We hope you love your Bloom & Fall purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Our Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@bloomandfall.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Custom orders are non returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
