Delivery & Returns

We believe beautiful florals should arrive without extra fuss — that’s why all UK orders ship for free, no matter the size of your order.

We carefully pack each piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
   
• You’ll need to cover the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
   

1. Email us at info@bloomandfall.com with your order number and reason for return.
    
2. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
    
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 5 working days.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  info@bloomandfall.com  with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
